Kapag pagod ka nang mag-isip, ano yung o-orderin mo?

    Back of the card

The no-thinking order is its own kind of comfort. It is the choice that carries you when your brain is done.

May comfort din sa order na hindi mo na kailangang isipin. Siya yung choice kapag ubos na utak mo.

  2. Pick a tiny superpower that would make things easier.

Pick one tiny superpower na magpapadali ng ginagawa mo.

    Back of the card

    Back of the card

May mga lugar na tahimik lang ang iniiwan sa atin. Hindi mo agad napapansin, pero may dala ka pala mula roon.

How to use them

Before you ask

The middle of a long flight is where good questions earn their place. The movie selection is exhausted, sleep won’t come, and you have eight more hours next to someone you love. A few questions turn that stretch into some of the best talking time of the trip.

Plane conversation has rules of its own. You’re whispering, you’re sitting side by side rather than face to face, and either of you may doze off mid-answer. Light daydream questions suit that: a language you’d wake up fluent in, a way to travel without wheels, whether you’d rather fly or appear instantly wherever you’re going.

Save the planning questions for the descent. As the trip becomes real, ask what each of you is most excited about in the coming weeks and which small plan you can’t wait for. You’ll land with a better idea of what each of you wants from the trip.

Good for

  • Long-haul flights with a partner
  • Family trips with older kids
  • Friends flying to a destination trip
  • Flights home for the holidays
  • Layovers and delays at the airport

Tips

  1. Download the app and the deck before you board; cards don’t need Wi-Fi in the air.
  2. Keep your voice down. Questions for two, not for row 34.
  3. Ask one, then let the answer wander. You have time.
  4. If your companion falls asleep mid-answer, that’s fine. Ask again after the meal.
  5. Flying alone? The questions work as a journal for the middle hours too.

Easy travel-habit questions at the gate, daydream questions at cruising altitude, small comfort questions in the middle hours, and trip-planning questions before landing.
