How to use this deck
Reflection is hard to start from a blank page. A good question gives you a smaller place to begin: one week, one habit, one feeling. This deck stays close to the present, so your answers are about your actual life, not a personality test.
The light cards are quick check-ins on your week. The rest move through rest and pressure, habits and choices, fear, courage and hope, self-kindness, identity and where you’re headed. Honest, but never harsh.
Good for
Tips
- Alone, answer first and flip after. The reflection on the back lands better once you’ve said your piece.
- Keep it small: three to five cards is a full session. Reflection gets thin when it’s rushed.
- Write your answer as a note on the card. Notes stay on your phone, and now and then the app brings an old one back, so you can see how far you’ve come.
- With a friend, both answer the same card, and listen without fixing.
- If a card is too much tonight, pass it. That’s part of the practice too.
Conversation depth
Choose how deep tonight goes.
In setup, pick Keep it light, Open up or Go deeper. You can always pass a card.
-
Keep it light
Easy, playful questions anyone can answer in a sentence, even with people they met tonight.
